MHF’s food and essential aid programs aim to nourish the underserved, support the elderly, assist orphans, and meet critical needs such as clean drinking water and hygiene, especially for vulnerable communities.
2018 – Launched monthly food distribution initiative, delivering 500 food boxes to patient attenders and residents at old age homes.
2019 – Expanded food distribution to 2,250 boxes monthly:
Every Thursday: 500 boxes at Govt. Maternity Hospital, Petla Burj
Every third week: 250 boxes at two old age homes
Continuously sponsored 64 orphans across different locations
2019 – Distributed groceries to 73 families living below the poverty line
2019 – Supplied drinking water at various public locations during summer
2019 – Provided basic sanitation items and grocery supplies worth ₹18,000 to an old age home
MHF’s welfare initiatives extend comfort and care to those in extreme poverty by offering seasonal support such as blanket distribution, ensuring warmth and dignity during challenging weather conditions.

MHF’s welfare initiatives focus on uplifting the community by addressing essential needs such as sanitation, clean water, marriage support for orphans, seasonal clothing, identity access, and religious services, promoting dignity and inclusion across all segments of society.
2006 – Initiated welfare efforts by constructing toilets in rural masjids with two founding members: Shaik Mustafa Ahmed & Junaid Hamed Alhajri – ₹1.45 lakhs
2007 – Funded marriages for 4 girls in accordance with Shariah – ₹2.75 lakhs
2008 – Donated a vehicle and sponsored Umrah trips for scholars – ₹1.50 lakhs
2010 – Sponsored marriage for a needy individual – ₹4.00 lakhs (fully funded by one sponsor)
2011 – Gifted gold and furniture for orphan girls’ marriage – ₹3.00 lakhs
2013 – Installed borewells in masjids – ₹2.23 lakhs
2016 – Installed multiple borewells, constructed public toilets for safety and privacy, and distributed clothes during Ramadan
2019 – Assisted 12,000 people in Telangana and Uttarakhand in obtaining new Voter ID cards
MHF was officially setup in year 2015 at Khairtabad, Hyderabad in Telangana State. Aim to establish the organization is to help mankind with ever possibility in our hands. We focus on making the maximum helpful effort for community. Our members and volunteers deliver the momentum that brings the change for cause.
